Preorders
All preorders may take up to 10weeks to fulfil.
Any bespoke requests for pre-order items will receive an invoice for payment. This holds all the payment information to pay.
If this is not completely by 7 days from the invoice sending date, your requested items will not be picked up, & we are unable to guarantee they will be in stock. You are welcome to pre-order at a later date, and these will be added to the next available shipment. If we are unable to secure the items pre-ordered, you will receive your deposit back in full.
Pre-orders are not able to be cancelled & refunded by customer once invoice has been paid.
By committing to paying for a pre-order, you are consenting that you are aware of this policy.
We are unable to reply to any communication requesting shipping updates PRIOR To your given shipping date.
Shipping
Please allow 72hours for despatch.
Our chosen courier is Royal Mail where we receive receipt of postage. This takes approximately 3days, however we are able to send out on next day delivery if requested.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING:
You will be contacted via email to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for all items to come into stock (this falls under our pre-order policy and maximum wait time), or if you would like to be invoiced for a second shipping charge.
Please note, this invoice must be paid within 48 hours of being issued. If not, all items will be held until your full order is in stock, as outlined above.
Collection
Once customers are notified that their item is ready for collection at the previously agreed venue, they have a maximum of 14 days to collect it.
If the item is not collected within the 14-day window, it will be returned to general sale and the original payment will be forfeited.
Commitment to sustainability.
At State2U, we believe looking after the planet starts with everyday choices. That’s why we reuse strong, good-quality cardboard boxes whenever we can. By giving boxes a second life, we cut down on waste and reduce the need for new packaging. It’s a simple step, but one that reflects our commitment to doing business responsibly and caring for the world we share.
Handling
All items are brand new and sealed (either by the manufacturer or ourselves).
While every care is taken on the transportation of items, we will also bubble wrap where appropriate.
Please be aware, however, that some items may still incur small damage to either the packaging or the product itself due to the nature of the product & transit.
Food items will have a minimum of 14days from the BBD.
Returns
We do not accept any items for return.
Refunds are not given for any items.
All dates are checked before dispatch (if item edible). If there are any issues with the item during transit, we will seek compensation from the courier to reimburse you if S2U deems it appropriate.
Please contact info@state2u.com as soon as possible if you are requesting a return for reasons outside the above - Items are accepted for returns at the discretion of the state2u team only within 14 days of S2U shopping your order to you via Royal Mail. . This decision is final & non-negotiable.
Communication.
We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for both our team and our customers. Should we receive any communication that is deemed rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful, we reserve the right to cancel your order with immediate effect. In such cases, refund details will be issued accordingly, and you will be blocked from using our services going forward.
Refusal
We reserve the right to choose not to accept a sale from any individual we deem inappropriate. This is at the discretion of State2U team.
GDPR
We adhere to government guidance and are on the Information Commissioner's Office Register, ensuring all customer details are kept safe and in line with GDPR guidelines.
