Shipping policy

Please allow 72hours for despatch.
Our chosen courier is Royal Mail where we receive receipt of postage. This takes approximately 3days, however we are able to send out on next day delivery if requested.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING COST:
If your whole order contains pre-order items & in-stock items, and one postage cost was paid, all items will be held together until all items are back in stock and can be sent out in one shipment (Please be mindful of maximum wait time as per policy).

If you'd like us to ship your in-stock items in the meantime, we're happy to send over an invoice for the additional postage cost. The remaining items will then be sent together once both are back in stock.
Please note, this invoice must be paid within 48 hours of being issued. If not, all items will be held until your full order is in stock, as outlined above.
